NDP committed to answering TRC’s call to action to train civil servants on Indigenous histories and rights

A re-elected NDP government will ensure that Manitoba answers the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Call to Action to provide education to civil servants on the history of Aboriginal peoples, including the history and legacy of residential schools, Treaties and Aboriginal rights, Indigenous law, and Aboriginal–Crown relations, NDP candidate for The Pas Amanda Lathlin announced today.

Wab Kinew has been nominated as your NDP candidate in Fort Rouge, party leader Greg Selinger announced today in front of a full house at the Gas Stations Arts Centre.
